Shipping

Domestic Orders

To ensure freshness and high quality, orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. While we strive to maintain inventory, we will contact you if the shipping may be delayed, due to back-ordered ingredients, split shipments, or other issues to make alternate arrangements. All bulk and custom orders will require additional time before being shipped out. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.

International Orders

International shipping is available; however, unforeseen issues and customs delays may arise. Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for international orders.

Returns

Returns & Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied or receive damaged products, we will offer a full refund or credit, except for shipping fees. Products must also be unopened in their original packaging, and be in a new, unused condition & be processed within 15 days of purchase. Once your items are received at our apothecary and inspected by our team, you'll receive your refund typically within 1-3 business days. Sale and custom orders do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

Return Costs

Shipping charges will not be refunded because this is a cost that has to be fulfilled on our end. Returns past 15 days will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price.

International Returns

If you are unsatisfied or receive damaged products, we will offer a full refund or credit, except for shipping fees. All claims need to be made within 15 days of receipt, to receive a full refund. We will offer comparable products as an exchange to satisfy your needs, again except for shipping fees. We kindly ask that you do not return the items to us to avoid an excessive carbon footprint.

Damaged Products

Damaged goods will be refunded 100% of the purchase price. To begin your claim, please send a picture of the damaged goods as well as the packaging as adequate proof of damage. This allows us to submit the claim to the courier. All claims can be sent to plantmagicbyndidi@gmail.com.
